I was at the stadium early and i never checked my watch..
I go warm up the usual 2 rounds..
After 2 round nobody else there so i thought no training..
I go run 5 rounds..
Finishing my 5th round..
Suddenly everyone showed up -.-
Was kinda tired so bought a drink and rested for a while..
Then coach made us do striding then say now off season..
Wanna make us do more push ups, sit ups, hoppings, train on mileage..
Then split the P4,P5,P6 into 2 groups..
I was the only P6 but there still are people who are faster than me..
I lead one group to run ;D
Sprint 100m, walk 50m, slow jog 50m, Sprint 100m, walk 50m, slow jog 50m..
Did that 2 times.. Then break.. Then two more times..
Then ask around if tired or not..
Me and 2 more people say not tired so the 3 of us go train on starts..
Next week doing the same thing ;D
